What is the connection with Ms Chin Noodle House?
Nanyang Heritage and Ms Chin Noodle House are both part of JASFNB. Ms Chin celebrates a family ban mian recipe passed down through two generations.
What is the story behind Ms Chin's recipe?
It began with grandma's humble ban mian stall in Ipoh-Temoh, Malaysia, in 1975. Two generations later, that treasured family flavour found a home at Nordcom One in Gambas, Singapore. One bowl of ban mian, and the story continues.
